Finance Business Partner needed for a fast-growing health care organisation in Buckinghamshire!

£60,000 - £65,000 + Car Allowance and Benefits

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Finance Business Partner to join a fast-growing healthcare organisation in Buckinghamshire. Within this role, you will be responsible for supporting the MD of a division and working closely with operations and the divisional leadership team to provide strategic analysis for planning, forecasting & budgeting. Your role will play a key part in driving improved commercial performance of that division through effective business partnering and will take ownership of consolidation, reporting and insightful analysis of the divisional performance.

To successfully deliver in the profile position, you will need to have:
  • University degree.
  • Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA).
  • Business Partnering experience is essential.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build professional relationships and influence senior stakeholders where necessary.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines.
  • Strong excel skills.
  • Must be self-motivated and have strong planning and control discipline skills.

A little more information about the role:
  • Business partnering with key areas of the business including exposure to senior stakeholders, providing them with commercial support.
  • Prepare the monthly management accounts providing trends and performance for the MD's monthly and quarterly performance reviews.
  • Responsible for developing pricing models for bids and proposals.
  • Ownership of the annual budget process so that it is consistent with Group framework guidance and targets.
  • Responsible for providing monthly and annual forecasts for the business.
  • Provide analysis of investments which include complex capital expenditure.
  • Support the business with pricing and costing models.
  • Acting as a mentor to junior members within the finance team, providing guidance and supporting with development.
