Helpdesk Support Engineer | Liverpool | 2 months initially | £100-120 per day

Your new company
Our client are a fast growing cloud infrastructure provider who specialise in cloud infrastructure, connectivity and telephony. They have an opportunity for an experience Helpdesk Support Engineer to join the Helpdesk Support team for an initial 2 months.

Your new role
Based in central Liverpool, the key skills / experiences required to be successful in this role are desktop support around Windows 7/8/10 and experience working on Server 2008 and above. Technologies such as Remote Desktop would be extremely beneficial.

Customer Service skills are essential for this role as your responsibility will be to analyse and diagnose issues reported by their end user clients.
