Due to the successful growth of the company we have roles available for an experienced telecom professional to join this growing team as a Pre-Sales Specialist - Technical Solutions Consultant.

The territory covered in the role would be London and the Home Counties.

The Role

The role is primarily to support the Sales routes to market across all sectors in designing and pricing the more complex multi-disciplined solutions our clients require. As such there are a number of personal, and technical skills and knowledge that we see as important and note that we prioritise the personal aspects higher than technical ones.

Experience Required

·Proven successful track record of supporting sales processes in B2B communications solutions (+5years). FMC ideally, mobile, PBX switch and Cloud solutions relevant

·Experience of responding to technical/ telecoms RFIs inputting to tender documentation

·Experience of being able to articulate/design/propose/sell FMC, Cloud and unified communications solutions

·Positive high impact communications, interpersonal and relationship management skills up to C level.

·Commercial and financial experience and judgement, together with an awareness of business issues that typically arise from supporting sales through direct and indirect channels

·Flexible in work approach, strong willingness to learn, communication skills and teamwork

·Quick learner and an independent, proactive working style

·Very good MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

·Flexible to travel to the customers to support Channels across the UK

·Communication skills - ability to understand and present technical solutions to mixed audiences.

·High quality written and oral presentation skills.

·Good technical understanding of Customer Network technologies TDM, TCP/IP, WAN, LAN, DHCP, DNS, VLANS, Routing, Switching, Firewalls.

·Dealing with ambiguity

·Good understanding of the telecommunications sales channel, its competitors and their propositions.

·Technical experience in other hosted and non-hosted PABX and WAN & LAN Network architecture e.g. Horizon, Avaya, Mitel, Cisco

·MSCE , CCNA ,CCNP and or other Mitel/ Avaya qualifications / experience desirable
