Our client, a leading manufacturer established over 150 years ago are recruiting for a Marketing Manager to join their Head Office based close to Junction 28.
The main purpose of the role is to work with and report to the Head of Brands, developing all channels for the Brand, ensuring they work to provide a seamless consumer journey whilst communicating a consistent and coherent brand message.

Key responsibilities include

• Control and manage the workflow of the marketing team, ensuring KPI's are met and output is efficient and effective
• Report monthly on brand activity for Website, Email, Social & PR to the Head of Brands.
• Keep up to date and report monthly on changes in the digital marketing field
• Own and develop the new showroom programme for the showroom co-ordinator, ensuring all materials are created and continuously refined
• Continue to manage, develop and grow all social media marketing channels for the brand
• Set bi-annual KPI's for growing followers significantly on each channel for both brands
• Lead the influencer marketing programme in line with growing reach, engagement and followers
• Overarching management of the website in conjunction with the marketing administrator
• Assisting the sales teams with customer and model stockist details
• Co-ordination of all promotional updates
• Complete the implementation of the CRM programme
• Develop a plan for measuring success and ensure targets are consistently met
• launch and develop the Email Marketing Campaign to consumers
• Develop and manage PR agency to deliver improved perception for style and design.
• Briefing, control and execution of all marketing materials for the brand including Photography, Brochures, POS & Swing Tickets and Ads
• Create and develop a constant stream of engaging content on a weekly basis that can be communicated across all channels and to all customer bases; B2B, B2C, Internal
• Write and proofing copy for marketing materials including editorial, online and social media content
• Lead the internal marketing strategy for the brand, sending out regular newsletters, generating new ways to develop company culture and ensuring the marketing board is always up to date
• Effective database management for stockists
• Social media including Pinterest and Hootsuite
• Photoshop - creating graphics, ads, cut outs and resizing images

Hours of work are 8.45am - 5pm Monday to Thursday and 4pm finish on Fridays.

The successful candidate must have at least 3 years experience within a similar role and must have CIM / degree level qualifications
