About Client:

With our 60x locations in the UK, our client is continually growing and is continually looking to add super star team members to its business.

Our client is seeking professional, ambitious, career minded individual to join their team.

Duties:

Deal confidently with clients both face to face and over the phone

Cultivate and maintain excellent relationships

Demonstrate strong communication skills and an enthusiastic sales ability

Negotiate with all levels of the customer spectrum

Process insurance policies (new sign-ups and renewals)

About you:

Customer Services- always put the customer first

Sales (upselling negotiations and closing) phone and face2face

Great personality - have a positive attitude

Confident approach

High level of attention to detail

Able to deal with figures

Consultative approach

Able to deal with all levels of customers professionally

Ideally, you will have a good standard of general education with a background in either insurance or sales, banking or finance. This is not essential, however, as full training will be given including the opportunity to study for nationally recognised professional qualifications.
