Our client is a Leeds based award-winning international sales agency that specialise in retail field marketing. They have a proven track record of boosting brand awareness and driving sales.

An opportunity has now arisen for a Senior Field Activation Manager to join their Leeds city centre office. This is a pivotal role in providing leadership across the Field Activation team with a strategic and 'hands on' approach within the remit of in-store activation (sampling and experiential) for consumer brands and retail clients.

You will have direct line management responsibility for several Field Activation Executives and be accountable to provide timely and accurate client delivery on all campaigns within the teams remit.

This position is full-time (37.5 hours) Monday - Friday, with 2 out of every 3 Saturdays being worked. On those weekends, Sunday and Monday will be days off.

Candidate requirements:

* Experience managing and leading an operational team.

* Experience working within retail (desirable)

* Experience of experiential marketing events and/or sampling activity (desirable)

* Ability to direct and control a multitude of people, tasks, processes and priorities to achieve all agreed objectives and deadlines.

* Excellent presentation and communication skills

* Proven analytical and problem solving skills

* Strong customer focus

* Organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and work under pressure

* Interpersonal skills together with a strong customer focused approach

* Due to the fast-moving environment, the job holder will need to be flexible and able to adapt to change

* Positive individual with a 'can do' attitude
