Reflections Training Academy are currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic and professional team member to join the Reflections Business Development team (full time) based in the centre of Bristol and employer visits covering a 15 mile radius from the city centre.

Tutor/Quality Assurance Position

The ideal candidate will need to demonstrate the following qualities:
  • Strong communication skills, approachable and able to initiate ideas
  • Ability to prioritise, good organisational skills and able to adhere to deadlines and targets.
  • Flexible approach and able to inspire and motivate learning.
  • Experience with assessing and quality assuring (desirable not essential)

Tutor/Quality Assurer Duties to include:
  • To have full competency and a passion to deliver, Quality Assure and assess Apprenticeships in the following areas:

-Business Administration Level 2 and 3

-Customer Service Level 2 and 3

-Management Level 3
  • To support the management team against the quality assurance of all provision inclusive of observations.
  • To support the management team to prepare all learners for their end point assessments in working alongside tutor and learners.
  • To support the developments of training of schedules and training plans against all provision offered.
  • To feedback and support the Quality Assurance procedures feeding into the annual SAR/QIP against the continuous Improvement for Reflections Business Development Training.
  • To support the delivery of underpinning of knowledge through training sessions workshops and contribute towards the delivery of new standards
  • All workshops and sessions to be prepared offering inspiring and interactive delivery
  • To monitor learner progress and performance in meeting their individual needs, aspirations and set targets
  • To schedule timely visits and carry out assessments/training within the workplace
  • To support learners within their Maths/English and digital skills developments and functional skills underpinning throughout their Apprenticeship.
  • Ability to demonstrate high quality training with up to date standards to an advanced level
  • Excellent communication skills with a high level of personal presentation/team player/friendly and professional
  • A driving licence is essential with access to your own vehicle
