We are now hiring Language Teachers (English, German, French, Spanish etc.), GCSE & A-Level Teachers and Graduate Students (UK & CN) all year round.

Main Responsibilities

Maximum of 20 hours teaching per week

Work 5-days a week

Use audio/video materials in classes & Lesson planning

Cooperate with the CM and DOS in ensuring the constructive communication and efficient operation of the centre

Assist in the placement testing and interviewing of new students

Carry out teaching related responsibilities including, but not limited to demonstration classes, conversation clubs, tutorials, seminars and presentations

Excellent communication and presentation skills, love kids and enjoy teaching

Support from senior management for academic excellence with excellent classroom materials, and teacher-led procurement.

Job Requirements

fluent English speaker from UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand or South Africa

Bachelor degree is a MUST, Major in Education/English or related is preferred

2 years+ teaching experience is preferred but not essential.

TEFL/TESOL/CELTA qualification is preferred but not essential

Notarized and clean criminal background check, valid within 6 months

Salary and Benefits

Monthly gross pay is from 14000 to 20000 RMB(net pay is from 13000 to 18000 RMB), includes the following:

Basic salary is from 10000 to 15000 RMB (net.)

Quarterly Performance Bonuses of up to approx 3,000RMB

Rise to management in 2 years

Year 1: Junior Teacher

A graduate teacher will start with the position of Junior, with competitive salary package equivalent to approx 20KGBP (after tax) and due to the low living cost in China, the teacher will be able to enjoy a decent life as well as save approx 10K GBP in your bank account for the first year.

Year 2: Senior Teacher

After one year contract as Junior Teacher, the teacher will be offered the opportunity to be promoted to Senior Teacher with salary package up to approx 24K GBP (after tax)

Year 3: Assistant Director of Studies

After one year contract as Senior Teacher, the teacher will be offered the opportunity to be promoted to Assistant Director of Studies with salary package up to approx 28K GBP (after tax)

Year 4-5: Director of Studies

Next year, the teacher will be offered the opportunity to be promoted to Director of Studies with salary package up to approx 32K GBP (after tax)

How does it work?
