Business Development Manager is required by a MS Gold Partner to join their office in North East. This is an opportunity to join North Easts largest seller of Comms Solutions and IT solutions. Company offers cloud-based platform that digitally transforms processes which help organisations to easier manage their end to end supply chains.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Build a pipeline of at least 4:1 ratio of opportunities vs target
  • Mobile focus, look to secure existing relationships and New O2 mobile
  • Willingness to be flexible with hours of working to support target achievement
  • Skilful questioning to uncover potential customer requirements
  • Achieve individual sales targets as set by the Management Team
  • Record accurately customer information on CRM system
  • Proactively research Mobile, Telecoms and IT products and services that fit into the client's portfolio
  • Create quotations for customers in a timely manner
  • Seek new business, through existing CRM records and proactive research of prospective clients
  • Effectively deal with telephone enquiries requesting quotations for products, compiling information on desired products, including prices from external suppliers
  • Collaborate with other sales colleagues to maximise business revenue
  • Ability to accurately forecast sales opportunities

Experience Desired:
  • Solutions based sales in IT or Tech sector.
  • Field sales experience
  • Diary management
  • Own lead generation is essential
  • Be able to demonstrate a drive to succeed
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills
  • Professional in appearance, manner and business methodology
  • Proven experience in selling Mobile contracts, Telephony and IT infrastructure solutions
  • Ability to adapt quickly to client needs and use own initiative
