Interim Financial Controller Job based in York 3-4 days per week. 3-4 Months long contract.

Your new company
Hays Senior Finance are currently looking for an Interim Financial Controller to join a business based in York for 3-4 days per week for a period of 3-4 Months.

Your new role
Within this role you will be tasked with assisting this business in the collation and handover of the Accountancy information to a firm of Accountants following the recent implementation of an outsourced model. You will be assisting with projects relating to the businesses property development strategy and assisting the Finance Director.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed you will be a Qualified or Equally qualified by experience Accountant. Due to the nature of this role it would suit someone with experience of working for the local authority or within the public sector. It would be beneficial if you have had exposure to bids and contract work. Experience using Xero would be advantageous.

What you'll get in return
In return you will be employed on a part time basis for 3-4 months. You will be working within an interesting role. The company offer onsite parking and a competitive daily rate.
