About them:

My client is a well-established, global trader operating from multi-million-pound premises in the Mansfield area of Nottingham. They are a family owned business with solid values and many of their workforce stay at the company for the whole of their career.

*The company are expanding and growing year on year therefore a permanent role may well arise within the period of this contract.


This role will provide administrative support and a backup service to the Credit control Office on a daily basis by working in collaboration with the Accounts clerks and Credit controllers. Effectively communicating with various departments , colleagues and managers.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Emailing customer proforma invoices
  • Collating and distributing weekly credit analysis
  • Accurately inputting Credit costing using Excel
  • Cross referencing credit notes
  • Conducting daily credit note checking
  • Managing the running of the print room, carrying out daily and weekly posting
  • Posting out Export Credit control and UK Credit control letters
  • Conducting the company mail runs by working in collaboration with the UK Telesales and Accounts departments
  • Arranging the posting of statements
  • Accurately inputting and checking special prices
  • Managing the export tray and accounts printer
  • Accurately inputting and processing of invoices
  • Maintaining and updating orderly filing systems
  • Scanning customer files

Person Specification:
  • Min. 12 months Administration/ Office experience
  • Confident user of Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Previous experience using numerical skills
  • Excellent planning skills and the ability to respond to time frames and deadlines
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Someone who enjoys working to targets and within timeframes
  • Demonstrate strong organisational / multi-tasking and communication skills.
  • Has meticulous attention to detail and accurate computer data input skills
  • Methodical approach to work, highly organised
  • Offers flexibility to support the team and manage own workload
