Would you like to work for a Wealth Management practice who are renowned for offering exceptional independent financial advice in an expert, friendly manner ensuring all their clients are set for a comfortable and happy retirement.

My client is seeking an IFA Administrator to join their smaller scale team to work directly with the Financial Planners to ensure an excellent administrative support service to all clients.

Ideally you will have worked within a Financial Services Administration role and have a basic understanding of whole of market financial planning products. You will be efficient and work well in a team and independently whilst ensuring a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Experience using back office system Intelligent Office would be advantageous.

In return you will be provided with full support to industry relevant qualifications and on the job training, with progression opportunities to Financial Advising for a ambitious hard working individual.

Key Duties...

Obtaining valuations from product providers.

Preparing valuations of pensions and investments on Intelligent Office.

Compile client meeting packs.

To manage appointments, arrange meetings and maintain an up to date diary for the Financial Planners.

To prepare new business applications in accordance with the Company's standard.

To issue signed letters of authority to providers and obtain standard policy information.

To be a main point of contact for client and provider queries.

Deal with any resulting fee and commission queries.
