We are currently recruiting for a Product Display Administrator for our client based in Portbury.

Reporting to the Product Display Manager, the role will be offering administration support to the display fitting operations. This is a newly developed role that will require a certain amount of flexibility.

Duties include:
  • Creation of files for display fits
  • Auditing of files to ensure all required information is included
  • Liaising with sales reps with any queries ahead of a fit
  • Checking display proposals with great attention to detail to ensure the sales reps have ordered the correct product and quantities
  • Sending orders to the sales office
  • Resolving orders that have not been despatched
  • Handling queries via telephone and email
  • Maintaining a number of Excel spreadsheets to provide accurate information
  • Overseeing stock of materials and ordering supplies when required

The successful applicant must have:
  • At least 3 years administration experience
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft office, especially Excel

Due to the location of the client, a car would be essential for this role. Free parking on site.

This is a temp - perm role for the right candidate.

Pay: £10.74ph

Hours of work: 9am - 5pm Monday to Thursday and 9am - 4pm on Friday, 39hrs per week
