Job Title: Accounts Administrator
Job Type: Part Time, Permanent
Location: Bournemouth
Salary: DOE
Hours: Approx. 15 hours a week

Fresh Recruits are currently looking for an Accounts Administrator to join our client's team in Bournemouth on a part time basis.

The role would consist of:

Assisting in onboarding new clients to the practice
Managing the IRIS Openspace document portal that the business uses for sending and receiving documents to and from clients. This would consist of uploading, downloading and overseeing the management of this.
Filing and managing the confirmation statement process for clients at Companies House
Debt collection Skills needed:

Good organisational and management skills
A good IT knowledge of how to move electronic files around on the systems
Outgoing personality Ref: 9213
