Vision for Education is seeking to appoint a Special Needs Teaching Assistant to on a one to one basis with a children ASC, from September 2019 - July 2020 on a full time basis. The role will involve working on a one to one basis with a child in a Year 1 class, at this Primary School based in Blyth, Northumberland.

The role

The desired SEND Teaching Assistant will have experience of having taught in this area and will also be comfortable and confident in working with children in Key Stage 1.

Requirements

To be considered for the position of SEND Teaching Assistant, you will:

Hold a Level 2 or above qualification in childcare
Have experience supporting in primary education
Have a genuine desire to become part of a committed team of Primary staff.
Have a passion for children with the ability to provide excellent support
