As a Test & QA Manager within this hugely successful corporation near Brighton, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of the transformation & business growth objectives through the creation of innovative test approaches that focus on improving time to market, customer outcomes & governance.

The successful Test & QA Manager will drive the delivery of multiple concurrent test projects, working closely with internal business customers and third-party suppliers, leading and guiding the test team to deliver against agreed timescales and quality.

Leading by example, you will create the test approaches using the most appropriate methodologies, tools and resources to ensure the testing is effective and reduces business risk.

Key to the success of the Test Manager's efforts is the ability to communicate & collaborate effectively with internal teams, 3rd party suppliers and internal business customers, up to and including senior stakeholders.

Other responsibilities include coordinating test activities across the business and with IT Partners, to deliver the test strategies, providing expert advice and guidance on test methods, techniques and tools at all stages of the development life cycle, with the aim of implementing the best approach to testing.

Preferred Skills, Experience & Qualifications:

ISTQB Advanced Test Manager or equivalent work experience as a Test Manager or a Senior/Lead Tester looking to move into the Test Manager role

Experience of working within Agile environments is required and knowledge of test automation will be a distinct benefit.

In-depth test management experience with a track record of change / transformation.

Adaptable approach to test management & control including experience of test tools ie. JIRA, Selenium, Cucumber or similar.

Excellent communications, interpersonal and presentation skills are required including a positive "Can Do" attitude.

Comfortable with working at Third Party Suppliers location in Surrey on a weekly basis.

Previous People/Team management experience is preferred
