Account Manager

Our client are looking for an Account Manager to support the Account Director, and the rest of the team, with the delivery of first-class services and growth. You will act as the primary interface for our clients on all implementation, support and adoption related queries. To be successful, you will have a passion for technology and will have a strong knowledge of our customers business to show them how technology offerings will help them achieve their business objectives.

The primary aims of the role are to:

* Provide best in class customer service

* Build excellent relationships

* grow scope of work and revenue

* identify opportunities for our customers to improve their ROI from technology products.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

* At least 3-5yrs experience in a client facing role within a SAAS or similar technology-based organisation.

* Must have managed online projects, with multiple projects running simultaneously.

* Demonstrated ability to resolve problems.

* Data-driven with a commitment to process; drive / track consistent engagement process.

* Extremely well-organized and analytical with an ability to work well under pressure.

* Experience working with off-shore project teams.

* Good project management skills are essential. You must be able to run projects from end-to-end, and to have a strong knowledge of the progress of all projects your team is working on at any given time.

* You must have great attention for detail.

* You'll be competent with financial systems, estimating/reconciling own projects and ensuring projects are delivered within budget
