A new opportunity has become available for a Claims Administrator to join a successful Insurance client based in Kings Hill, offering lots of career progression!

The role of the Claims Administrator is to support the claims team by providing general administrative support such as distributing correspondence, entering data into the computer database, organising and maintaining files. In addition, answering phones, taking and distributing messages, as well as providing customers with information as requested.


Respond and dispatch customer's requests for claim forms
To open and sort the daily post
Match all incoming correspondence to existing claims cases
Scanning invoices, customer documents and new claims on to our system
Contacting customers to request additional information
Filing and archiving of claim files
Upkeep of diary system
Responding to customer emails and recording on the system
Ensuring that case information is recorded accurately complying with GDPR regulationsKey Skills:

Ability to apply excellent administrative skills using procedures and software applications (such as Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, etc.)
Excellent attention to detail whilst working in a fast-paced working environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English essential
Ability to exercise judgment to shift priorities and organise multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Resilience and flexibility in order to respond to changing requirements and customer need

Please note the following working hours:

Monday and Tuesday 8am-5pm, 9am-6pm and 11am-8pm (alternative weeks).

Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 8am - 5pm
