This diverse role will require you to engage in variety of different duties, ranging from managing the finance function, to the running of the office and more besides.This is brilliant opportunity if you are looking for a varied role with range of different responsibilities.

Finance & Office Manager Responsibilities

As the Finance & Office Manager some of your duties will include:

Preparing Monthly accounts
Analysing and projecting the company's performance
Developing the annual budgets
Supporting recruitment and onboarding processes
Completing payroll and benefits administration tasks
Assisting with marketing functions
Finance & Office Manager Experience

The Finance & Office Manager will have previous experience in a similar role and will ideally have a financial qualification (e.g. AAT), but this is not essential. As the Finance & Office Manager you will have excellent attention to detail and be able to work to your own initiative. Candidates with experience working in a start-up environment will be at an advantage.
