Finance and Administration Manager - £28,000 - £32,000

This is a key role for the company, and one that will be varied; no two days being the same! The role can either be worked part-time or full-time and is a conversation that can be had at interview stage.

What will the Finance and Administration Manager's day look like?

You'll be responsible for all Management Accounts, preparing these for month and year-end, reporting into the Finance Director.
Ensure the business insurance policies are renewed, amended and are up to date
Perform all Finance Accounting duties from Invoicing to preparing Management Accounts
Bookkeeping and preparing accurate accounts, both to trial balance.
Preparation of monthly management accounts, including postings to Nominal, Purchase and Sales Ledgers
Preparing invoices and credits as required; raising payments - the company works in 3 different currencies so multi-currency experience is essential.
Ensure that all transactions are posted accurately and promptly
Responsible for the maintenance of supporting control accounts, lead schedules and for reconciliation of multiple bank accounts
Bank reconciliations including reconciliationsThe ideal candidate will be AAT qualified as a minimum, with Finance experience and the ability to complete all functions of a standalone accounts role. You will be working within a small team so autonomy and the ability to work to deadlines is imperative for the role!
