Key Responsibilities

Responsibility for the production of CSR's and Sales Trading Plans, supporting FCAC (Forecast Cost at Completion) exercises, ensuring sales invoices are raised in a timely manner. Provide finance input to the Project(s) LCM CSR and SSR process.

* Co-ordination of all external financial reporting on Programmes including In Year Cash submissions.
* Responsibility for the coordination of internal reporting including MMR (Monthly Management Reporting)* Financial support to Project Managers and cross functional programme Teams, ensuring full understanding of all aspects of the programme/Business.
* Support in the production of RBA's.
* Resolve problems and deliver enduring solutions to ensure production timescales are achieved.
* Liaise with interfacing areas across the business to plan and deliver solutions according to business needs.
* Ensure consistency and accuracy of information provided to customers.
* Effectively operate financial systems and processes ensuring they are fit for purpose and recommend improvements where required.
* Support effective decision making using knowledge and experience.
* Provide support and training to internal and external customers.
* Adhoc reports, tasks and investigations as required.

Responsibility for delivery of project related financial information, ensuring appropriate adherence to Business financial controls and governance processes.

Key skills & qualifications

Qualified accountant/Part Qualified

Experienced in using Microsoft packages especially excel

Experience of using SAP and TM1

Project Accounting Experience
Working in multi functional teams
Analytical and constructive
Capable of working under own initiative with only general direction, taking responsibility for own decisions.
Excellent communication skills developing effective relationships with customers
