Have you worked with IEP's previously, or are you keen to do so?

Are you excited about helping learners to fulfil their potential through intervention lessons?

You will be using your in-depth knowledge of the National Curriculum to develop and adapt plans to suit the needs of individual pupils, it would be advantageous if you had previous experience with SEND, Gifted and Talented and SATs booster groups.

By working one to one or with small groups of pupils, you will intensively work with learners to suit their style and their specific growth pathway - a unique viewpoint is essential for these learners to meet their individual needs through a targeted programme of study. You will be patient and consistent in your approach and your goal will always be to help each individual move forward with their learning and achievement.

You will be paid according to your scale point for Bedfordshire where this role is located, in addition to this you will have a secured contract until July 2020 (we will even ensure that you get paid over all school holidays). The teaching and Support staff at this school is stable and consistent.

This is a Full Time, Fixed Term Contract Position with the potential for a Permanent Contract to be offered.
