Teacher pay scale grading from M1 £23,720 up to UPS 3 £39,406.
The Education Specialists are acting as a recruitment business. The Education Specialists are the recruitment partners for a number of primary schools in the Oldham area. We are currently recruiting on behalf of a cluster of Primary Schools who have supply needs from September 2019.
We are looking for Primary Teachers who are:
* Interested in considering long term, short term and daily supply dependent on their career goals
* Are keen to commit to teaching regularly in the same schools to provide a consistent supply team for the cluster schools
* Outstanding classroom practitioners
* Has knowledge of effective classroom and behaviour management strategies
* Is creative and constantly looking for ways to engage and inspire children.
* Demonstrates knowledge and understanding of the National Curriculum within their specialist key stage
* Has good organisational management skills.
* Is willing to be flexible
* Is willing to undertake CPD training where necessary
The chosen candidate will be responsible for:
* Planning and delivery of engaging lessons
* Providing feedback to teachers, SMT and TA's
* Direction to teaching assistants/learning support.
* Classroom / Behaviour management in line with school policies and procedures.
Details of the role:
* Supply requirements commences from the 2nd September 2019 and are ongoing for the full academic year.
* The salary for this role is pro rata based on the teacher pay scale grading from M1 £23,720 up to UPS 3 £39,406.
