Responsiblities
  • To provide 1st, and 2nd line technical support queries professionally and efficiently
  • To ensure that all SLA's are met
  • To work effectively with the other support teams
  • To take ownership of user problems, perform a technical diagnosis and fix the issue either remotely or on-site
  • To document all calls on the call logging system

Skills
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365/ 2013/2012
  • Networking Experience (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi)
  • Windows 7 / Windows 10
  • Knowledge of Active Directory (AD)
  • Windows Server 2003 / 2008 R2
  • Experience over Citrix Zen Client/Server
  • Google Admin Suite
