Due to expansion our client, a well established services organisation is recruiting for an experienced Senior Finance / Payroll Assistant to join their friendly team. You should be able to demonstrate first rate verbal and written communication skills coupled with excellent attention to detail and numeracy skills. Duties include collating payroll information, starters & leavers, attachment of earnings, pension details to be submitted to an external payroll bureau to tight deadlines and investigate and resolve employee queries. You will also be assisting with sales, purchase ledger and credit control. Prospective candidates must have Strong Excel skills and a sound understanding of payroll operation and legislation. Overall this is an opportunity that will provide exposure to all areas of an internal accounting function.
