Key Recruitment are working closely with a dynamic and expanding business who have a fantastic opportunity for a Finance Administrator to join their team in Southampton.

This position would suit candidates with a strong Administration background who have a genuine interest in eventually undertaking a financial qualification.
  • Assisting with general finance administration such as Payroll and processing expenses
  • Compiling and inputting information for Excel spreadsheets
  • General filing and ensuring paperwork is filed correctly
  • Entering bank and cash transactions onto the Sage system and complete regular bank reconciliations
  • Providing a high level of administrative support to the Finance team

To be considered for this vacancy, you MUST meet the application criteria:
  • Must have at least 5 GCSE'S Grade C or above - including Maths & English
  • Strong IT skills, in particular Microsoft Excel
  • Time management and prioritisation skills
  • Strong attention to detail and enjoy working as part of a team
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and work under pressure
  • Flexibility to meet the needs of business requirements
  • Previous invoice processing experience
  • You must be able to travel to other sites as required
  • You must be able to achieve security clearance due to the nature of the business

Please note, this role is 40 hours per week Monday to Friday.
