This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced customer focused administrator to join our well established client based in Rugby.

Providing administration support to a team of Client Service Account Managers, as the Account Administrator, you will be responsible for:

·Order processing

·Updating and maintaining in house databases

·Taking inbound calls from clients, managing general queries and requests

·Responding to email enquiries

·Processing information into reports

·Covering reception as needed

·Liaising between internal colleagues, eg. Client Services Account Managers as well as distribution/warehouse colleagues

Skills & experience required for the role of Account Administrator include:

·Previous administration experience, ideally within distribution/logistics or a warehouse based environment (not essential)

·Previous experience of liaising with clients/customers where customer service is key

·Experience of order processing

·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·Professional telephone manner

·Highly organised with the ability to prioritise workload, meet deadlines and ensure accuracy of work.

·Ability to work on own, use initiative

·Team player, positive attitude

Hours: 9 to 5.30pm Monday - Friday

Benefits: 33 days holiday including Bank Holidays, pension, car parking
