Ellis Mason have the pleasure of recruiting for a 1ST LINE SUPPORT ANALYST to join a growing business in Borehamwood.

The purpose of the role is to provide first point technical support for applications and infrastructure for an internal user base of approx 100 employees. We are looking for candidates with a recent degree and at least a minimum of one year experience in a similar role.

THE JOB

As the 1ST LINE SUPPORT ANALYST you will be responsible for:
  • Providing first line technical support for applications and infrastructure
  • Recording calls and actions
  • Performing remote fixes
  • Taking ownership of all calls logged
  • Using judgement to identify minor and major issues and assigning as appropriate
  • Ensuring consistency of service provision
  • Identifying trends and communicating effectively with the service team leader
  • Prioritising and coordinating the provision of support with third party suppliers
