Description

Data Manager - Finance Sector - Power BI, Data Warehouse

In this role the Data Manager will have multiple responsibilities, including:
  • Managing a pool of data analysts
  • Being the super user of the data warehouse
  • Own the provision, development and maintenance of analytical data within the business
  • Report to the Board in relation to data across all programmes

Profile

Data Manager - Finance Sector - Power BI, Data Warehouse

This senior position requires a rare blend of skills and experience, as the technical knowledge, communication skills and commercial acumen are all essential to successfully fulfil the business needs. We are looking for the following:
  • SQL querying and data processing and validation experience
  • Managing raw data from internal and external sources
  • Demonstrable experience in a change/transformation environment
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management experience
  • Line management experience
  • A background in financial services or a similar, large, complex business
  • Power BI or a similar tool would be preferred
