We are looking for a Strategic Account Manager to develop and grow new and existing accounts whilst working for a leading cloud communications company. The role will be developing business relationships and managing complex clients, owning a revenue stream, generating leads and up-selling communications solutions.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the company's bottom line and support the organisation by qualifying marketing leads and creating new opportunities that add pipeline and revenue to the organisation.

Your responsibilities and duties will include:
  • Achieve revenue / margin targets
  • Identify profitable business opportunities based on profit margins, timescales and competition
  • Develop high level sales collateral
  • Develop and maintain a lead generation plan
  • Deliver a continuous pipeline of qualified opportunities
  • Work with clients to promote business and product capabilities throughout their business, utilising joint events, marketing strategies, innovations days etc.
  • Negotiate contracts / SLA's that achieve company objectives
  • Ensure the highest possible conversion rate of new leads into confirmed new business
  • Working within company guidelines to produce and promote appropriate proposals and tenders

We are looking for someone with substantial consultative solution selling experience from the financial sector with preferably a good understanding of the mobile technology sector.

You will attend events and exhibitions associated with the mobile technology communication sector and we are looking for someone with strong presentation skills.

Coupled with the above you will have experience selling to, and stakeholder management of C-level clients with the proven ability to identify sales opportunities.
