Job Description

Training & Customer Support Supervisor

The Training & Customer Support team within our client thrives to improve overall colleague performance and great customer service by working closely with Transportation and Warehouse Operations, Carrier Partners, Technical Support and Customer Services.

The purpose will be to translate operational efforts into financial and customer impacts. Our clients' team aims to provide best in class overall efficiency and customer service.

What You'll Do
  • Plan and Manage Training solutions across Hub, Transport and Deport.
  • Arrange necessary resources as required to ensure such plans are executed.
  • Ensure Legislative requirements are monitored and adhered to including relevant compliance checks.
  • Oversee the necessary financial requirements to maintain the Training plans.
  • Manage 3PL relationships that support the operation and levels of consistency.
  • Ensure high levels of Customer Service are maintained in the operation to provide best in class service and customer feedback.
  • Deep dive issues and put in situ the necessary solutions to prevent reoccurrence and develop the necessary SOPs

What You'll Need
  • Minimum 2 years of management experience in similar environment (Parcels / Large Parcels preferred) at a Training Coordinator / Supervisory or similar level
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to use data software and systems to conduct analyses, and manage findings
  • Health and Safety knowledge of vehicle / Warehouse operations and control measures.
  • Ability to learn and act quickly, make decisions and draw conclusions in the face of ambiguity
  • Numerical and literacy skills to compile reports and necessary documentation as required.
  • Strong Customer Service background in a service related industry.
  • Presentation and Interpersonal skills commensurate with this type of role.
