Due to substantial growth, we're looking for a hungry and ambitious Website Administrator to join our bustling Web and Data team.

This is the ideal role for someone who is passionate about technology and digital design, looking to develop and diversify their skills.

As an integral member of our team, you will play an active part in delivering company-wide technology and website implementations, designed to drive customer engagement.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

·Assisting the Web and Data team with all aspects of website maintenance and administration,

·Taking an active role in the development, maintenance and optimisation of our growing portfolio of websites for our customers, using the most appropriate tools and formats: CMS, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and multimedia

·Ensuring accuracy and consistency of product data displayed on our websites

·Participating in the delivery of Web-based projects to introduce new Web systems and upgrade existing systems

·Communicating with customers and capturing requirements, and dealing with issues and queries

You will be accountable for:
  • Communicating professionally and amicably with our customers, and people at all levels of the company
  • Being self-motivated and able to plan your time effectively to meet deadlines
  • Delivering a high quality service to our customers
  • Using our internal task management system to manage your workload and communicate with other members of staff
  • Showing creativity and willingness to get involved!

Skills and Experience:
  • Strong IT literacy with excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with Wordpress/Content Management Systems, HTML, CSS and JavaScript
  • Ability to work successfully within a team and follow instructions
  • Ability to work using your own initiative and seeking guidance when needed
  • High attention to detail
  • Rapid learning and problem solving
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
