The Company

This local financial planning firm based in Belfast has a wealth of experience that is utilised to help each client achieve their financial goals. They are looking to recruit a Financial Planning Administrator to join their team.

Financial Planning Administrator responsibilities

As a Financial Planning Administrator, you will provide administrative support to the Principal Financial Adviser to ensure the business runs smoothly and clients receive a high level of service. Your duties will include:
  • Client contact - receive the telephone, email or post enquiries and responding where appropriate. Contact clients prior to meetings to confirm appointments and obtain up to date information.
  • Diary management - manage the Principals diary with business and personal commitments and update the effective 'to do' system
  • Administration - accurately prepare documentation for meetings; process information onto the CRM system; obtain valuations on existing policies and investments; prepare calculations to assist in assessing investment / protection needs.

Requirements to be considered for a Financial Planning Administrator
  • You should have 2+ years' experience within an administration role
  • You should be highly detail conscious with experience of client facing role to accurately obtain information
  • Preferably you should have experience within a financial planning or IFA firm and understand the role of a Financial Adviser

Financial Planning Administrator Benefits
  • Salary of £24,000 - £30,000 plus 3% pension
  • 35 hours per week (9am - 5pm or 10am - 6pm, Monday to Friday)
  • Office based role
  • Working within a small yet highly effective team
