Robert Half are looking for a skilled Purchase Ledger to take on a new Edinburgh based role within a well-known not-for-profit. This role would be well suited a candidate with experience working with high volume accounts, in a similar environment. Duties will include:
  • Processing invoices received from suppliers
  • Checking invoices against the reservation system and contracts
  • Processing payments and donations through the system and reconciling to the bank
  • Carrying out general administration and finance tasks within the department

In order to be considered for this role, the ideal candidate will:
  • Have strong organisational skills, the ability to prioritise and work to deadlines
  • Be a strong team player
  • Have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Have a high level of Excel skill
