Quality Control Technician / Assembly Technician

£10 -11 per hour

Temp to perm

8am - 5pm Monday - Friday

We are currently recruiting for a Quality Control technician for our Manufacturing client based in High Wycombe. Carrying out QC tasks on assembled parts as well as assembly tasks and ensuring each assembled part meets specific quality requirements. Ideally you will have a good understand of SOP (standard operating procedures).

Job purpose: To assist with the Quality Control and assembly of specialist laboratory consumables manufactured to a high standard. Our client are a tier 1 manufacturing facility serving various sectors, we are looking for someone with a background in a "clean room" or "pharmaceutical manufacturing". You will have a room to grow and progress within this business as they are currently growing at a fast pace.

Job tasks:

Assembling specialist laboratory consumables.

Completion of documentation to ensure full traceability.

To work safely and effectively in a production environment, training will be provided where needed.

To understand and work within set procedures and protocol, all to a high standard.

To work in and maintain a clean and tidy environment.

To carry out general production duties.


Very high attention to detailed required in all aspects of the role.

The ability to follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently.

Ability to assemble parts at a continuous rate to an exact set standard.

Must have good vision to carry out the precision required.

Good understanding of SOP (standard operating procedures)

Good communication skills.

Good literacy and numeracy skills.

Ideally have an understanding or previously worked within an ISO accredited facility.
