As an English TA, your role will involve joining the schools English department, providing 1:1 and small group support to pupils. You will be achieving your career goals under the careful guidance of the Headteacher. In general, you will be playing a vital role in lesson planning and preparation, learning important skills while making an important contribution. As a general assistant, you will follow different needs and provide support to a specific area designated by the subject leader.
