Digital Project Manager

We are currently hiring for well-known not for profit organisation in Central London, looking for a Digital Project Manager to join their team on a permanent basis starting ASAP. The purpose of this role is to coordinate the delivery of digital/technology based projects focused on ensuring the directorate and the company can deliver on its strategic priorities.

Salary: £43,000 - £48,000

Key Responsibilities:
- Build bridges with Technology and business colleagues
- Identify what needs to happen and then making it happen in the development, production and delivery of digital products
- Scope and manage projects or sub projects; creating and maintaining detailed project plans which identify and sequence the activity that needs to happen to successfully complete the projects in line with the organisational plan and strategic priorities
- Oversee timely and relevant communications of project activities to internal and external stakeholders
- Assist programme managers to identify and manage project dependencies

Key Requirements:
- Project management qualification (i.e. APMQ, Prince 2 or equivalent)
- Proven expertise of running projects, ideally within the technology or I.T space
- IT literate and confident in using a variety of packages
- Project management training and expertise
- Knowledge of project management methods
- Understanding of supporting projects or business change activity
- Able to work flexibly, managing several activities at one time and resolving conflicting priorities effectively, keeping to deadlines
- Knowledge of matrix management within complex organisations and influencing at the highest level
- Expertise in project management, budgeting, budget management, strategic and operational planning, insight gathering and evaluation
- It will be to your advantage to understand some or all of the following - C#, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, web design, user experience design and WCAG web accessibility standards.
