Concierge - The Role: We have a new and exciting opportunity for a Concierge for our Cheshire Abstinence Services based in Congleton. The services offer housing and tailored support to individuals who have experienced substance misuse and addiction/dependency. The main purpose of the Concierge role is to ensure a safe and positive living environment for residents and service users and provide informal support, managing any situations which arise during the night shifts. Concierge - Experience: To be successful in this role as a Concierge you will have a basic knowledge and understanding of the needs of the client group and the issues they present, and the ability to empathise with their needs: the ability to motivate them to achieve goals and thus promote their independence.
