Bell Cornwall Recruitment are currently searching for an experienced individual to join a dynamic and progressive team in the heart of Birmingham. The role involves the management of the newly implemented CRM system and liaising across different departments within the business. Key duties:
  • Manage the full process of the CRM system (Salesforce) including input, processes and output of data.
  • Adapt Salesforce to the needs of the business, including performance monitoring and report generation.
  • Create and customise CRM reports for different teams across the business.
  • Continually develop system functionality, bearing in mind the end user at all times.

The ideal candidate will have:
  • An enthusiasm for CRM systems and how they function (previous experience within this field as ideal but not necessarily required)
  • An understanding of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft packages
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • The ability to communicate effectively with clients and external stakeholders as needed.
