Calling all Engineering Managers!!

A company working on a high-volume, transactional web product needs an Engineering Manager to join and head up a team on 12 developers following a period of expansion within the tech team.

Having on undergone a technology transformation, new microservices architecture is being built with React using a Node.js and Postgres back-end with AWS Lambda, Elastic Container Service, and Docker for deployment. There are aims to create data and API layers to embrace the power of Cloud architecture within AWS. They are also exploring new data architecture technology such as data lakes and data integration services as well.
  • You'll be instrumental in helping us built our microservices and contribute to architectural decision making.
  • You'll review our technology and tooling to make sure we are using resources efficiently.
  • You'll support strategic planning and building the roadmap.
  • You'll optimise Agile processes and oversee Agile ceremonies.
  • You'll manage your team and take a real interest in helping them grow professionally.
