Position: B2B Salesperson / Accounts manager

Location: They are based in Dartford but this job will start as a work from home role, so an office at home or study would be ideal.

Salary: £24k basic, the commission is £1 per lead sold, uncapped commission (OTE £48k).

Job type: PermanentHours are 9am to 5:30pm, but as long as you are meeting your targets each month you can work flexi-hours, and we can agree a reduced working week eg: Monday to Thursday.

About the company:Our client is a specialist online lead generation company who deliver pay per lead campaigns. They can supply large volumes of high-quality leads to many UK businesses within different industries. The target is for you to sell 2000 leads per month but is not capped, you can easily sell 5000 per month.

The ideal candidate:They're primarily looking for someone who is incredible on the phone. Someone who is extremely keen, positive, completely self-motivated and uses their initiative to stay on their toes. Personality and adopting a consultative approach will win you sales. You will be expected to reach out to businesses and offer their bespoke lead generation service. Your goal will be to gain (and maintain) enough clients so that you are consistently selling 2000+ total leads per month. Clients come and go for many different reasons so in the event that one stops ordering from them, it is your job to fill that gap and keep your target maintained. That said they've had some clients stay with them for over 5 years.

Previous experienceDigital marketing experience would be an advantage but definitely not required. You must be able to demonstrate that you are capable of researching companies and offering high level services at directors / CEO's level. Getting through to key people and working round gate keepers is the difference between success or failure within this role.

Responsibilities:
  • Research, target and contact suitable UK businesses to offer them our services.
  • You will develop your own system on how to best approach and connect with the right potential clients.
  • You will be dealing with all your new clients concerns. If they have any questions or issues, you will be their only point of contact.
  • You will be targeting business that don't have advertising strategies as well as business who are already buying leads or generating them for themselves.

Additional requirements:
  • Experience of making proactive outgoing phone calls to businesses.
  • Excellent customer interaction skills.
  • Strong organisational, administrative and telephone skills.
  • Ability to prioritise work, meet deadlines and follow through on commitments.
  • Excellent attention to detail such that customer orders and information are accurate.
  • Confident and polite telephone manner.
  • Computer literate (MS office)
