A medium-sized, UK-wide Chartered Financial Advisory firm with an excellent reputation is looking to recruit a Financial Planning Administrator to join their busy Alton office.

This is a technical and complex role and so detail and accuracy is vital. You'll be working as part of their dedicated Administration team but must be self-motivated and able to prioritise your own workload whilst maintaining accuracy.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

·Work closely with Advisers to complete a variety of tasks; information gathering, preparing reports for clients, scheduling client meetings, creating packs for client meetings and ensuring Advisers are prepared and informed for such meetings.

·Performing ID checks and risk questionnaires.

·Dealing with client requests such as; income, withdrawals, change of details, requests for information.

·Placing trades for clients.

·Client file audits.

·Arranging internal fund reviews.

·Maintenance of back office database.

·Administration of new business.

·Office support duties as a when required.

To apply for the position, you should have previous office administration experience, preferably gained within the financial services industry. You should also have a client focused approach to work, enjoy the prospect of working in a busy environment and have good communication skills to interact well with colleagues, clients and third parties. Familiarity of 1st software (Avelo) and/or Volume would be an advantage.
