We are looking for an experienced Senior ERP Project Manager to drive ERP Strategic review process for a Global organisation based in Bristol. The role will involve working closely with the Global Stakeholders and teams across the programme and will be pivotal in ensure the successful delivery of the overall IT transformation programme.

Key accountabilities

Overall coordination of the ERP Strategy review to meet the needs of the business, remaining aligned to the Programme steering committee and key stakeholders.
  • Coaches and mentors' staff and managers under direct report
  • Maintains and controls the ERP Strategy review, project budget, schedule and resources
  • Responsible for ERP Strategy review project, including project planning, resource allocation, steering committee input and team organizational structure management
  • Responsible for project communications in alignment with the Communication Lead.
  • Manages project scope, risk and issue resolution
  • Responsible for quality of project deliverables
  • Responsible for ensuring that the project can deliver the benefits
  • Manage the engagement and mobilisation of the project resources.
  • Ensure the appropriate project governance and oversight is defined and agreed with the project sponsor, consistent with agreed standards
  • Adhere to governance framework processes such as gate and check point reviews.
  • Deliver lessons learned sessions.
  • Provide information to the PMO on project status, progress, quality, and cost.
  • Adhere to the principles, policies, standards and methodologies applied across the programme and projects.
  • Identify, resolve or escalate any programme and project-related risks and issues to the PMO, Programme Lead and Business Sponsor as appropriate.
  • Be proactive, have confidence to challenge and generate ideas and solutions and be able to effectively influence and persuade at all levels in the organisation.

Skills & Experience
  • 10 to 15 years of IT and business/industry work.
  • At least one successful ERP project
  • Leadership experience with responsibility managing midsize to large teams and influencing senior-level management and key stakeholders.
