We believe that cybersecurity should be less complex and better value. We're on a mission to make our customers' digital lives better by helping them to mitigate technology risk, to innovate faster and to thrive in the information age. Our first product aimed at achieving this is CyberScore.

CyberScore rates a business' cybersecurity posture immediately and over time. CyberScore explains potential business impacts and creates outstanding reporting and improvement plans that can be shared amongst staff and service providers alike.

CyberScore is proprietary software combined with an industry-standard vulnerability scanner and based on algorithms designed to replicate hundreds of man hours and deep technical expertise, within seconds. It has been designed by leading penetration testers who have extensive experience in the public and private cybersecurity sector. The CyberScore scanner targets 4 key areas: OS patching, Application patching, Misconfigurations and Improving resilience.

We are a fast-growing cyber security software company, and this is a dynamic, exciting and challenging place to work.

A lot of our team don't come here with any previous cyber security experience, but they do have an interest and passion for it when they get here.

Purpose:? The Strategic Product Manager will be our Customer Champion within the business.

Key responsibilities and results areas:

·Define the proposition

·Own our strategic value proposition

·Understand our customer through their entire lifecycle

·Understand and define the competitor landscape

·Clarify and define where we fit within the landscape

·Define the XQ Cyber proposition

·Through this, support the sales and marketing strategy

·Produce high quality collateral

·Build a continuous cycle of evaluation, definition and delivery within the Product portfolio

About you

·This is an analytical and strategic role and you will have to have demonstrated both skills at a senior level within a fast-growing business

·We are a SaaS business and it is very likely that you will have worked within this operating model

·You have demonstrable experience in a customer experience role and knowledge about your product's users and industry

·Decisive, visionary and able to support your decisions with research and analysis

·Flexible, as you'll be working in-depth with different business functions

·Organised and able to work to deadlines and roadmaps

·A very strong and clear communicator, with a variety of stakeholders at different levels of seniority and knowledge

·Good at persuasion and negotiation

·Demonstrable experience in analysing complex data and looking for trends in the market and users' opinions and behaviour

·Fair and objective when making decisions.
