The Tildenet Group Ltd is an ambitious and fast growing company based in Bristol with an international presence and operations in Dubai and India.

There are five divisions of the Tildenet Group offering services to the Garden Retail, Horticulture, Sport, Industrial, and Fencing industries.

The Marketing Assistant will be responsible for supporting the delivery of day to day marketing activities and long term marketing strategy for the group with particular focus on website, digital and email campaigns. The ideal candidates will have experience in developing, optimising and managing email campaigns using MailChimp or a similar platform

Duties will include:

·Delivering on and offline marketing for the company and activities within the marketing department.

·Contributing to marketing strategy in line with company objectives.

·Taking overall responsibility for website maintenance and updates

·Overseeing website development and management of web content

·Co-ordinating on and offline marketing campaigns with sales activities.

·Managing the creation and delivery of email campaigns across all brands?

·Evaluating, assessing, creating and executing online and offline marketing strategy

·Carrying out segmentation of the database and implement remarketing strategies

Improving conversion and engagement rates

Developing and improving lead generation campaigns, measuring results.

Monitoring and reporting on effectiveness of marketing communications

A/B testing for optimisation

·Coordinating and managing mailing lists and marketing databases

·Creating a monthly report of all marketing activity and key website traffic data.

·Work closely with external PR exec to maximise effectiveness of pr and brand awareness

Person Specification:

·Marketing Qualification or background

·Strong analytical and project management skills.

·Successful track record in marketing over a variety of channels and implementation of lifecycle emails to maximise sales

·An understanding of marketing automation and customer journeys

·Ability to write email copy

·Confident and dynamic personality.

·Positive attitude and team focused approach

·Strong creative outlook

·Excellent organisational and IT skills
