Job Description: Finance and Sales Administration

Cadventure are a forward-thinking tech company providing software and services to Architects and Engineers.

We are keen to expand our Finance Team and are looking to recruit a Finance and Administration Assistant, based in our Kemble Head office

The ideal person will:

- Be AAT qualified and / or with experience of working in Accounts

- Want to be part of a team in which your skills are appreciated.

- Be able to pay excellent attention to detail.

- Have very good IT skills, using Windows, Word, Excel and the Internet

- Be a quick and efficient administrator with good interpersonal skills.

This central role is an excellent opportunity for anyone with an Accounts background looking to secure a long-term role with some variety and the potential for career advancement.

Part-time hours can be negotiated. We would also consider two established job shares.

Reporting to the Finance Manager, the successful candidate will have good working knowledge of online Accounting solutions. Knowledge of QuickBooks is particularly valued. In addition, the role will include sales administration tasks for the Sales Director and PA duties for the MD and other directors

Salary £24k

Key Responsibilities

* Bank reconciliations

* Journals, accruals and pre-payments

* VAT returns

* Purchase and Sales ledger

* Credit Control

* Dealing with invoice queries

* Assisting the Finance Director with ad hoc tasks

* Arranging travel and diary appointments on behalf of the directors

* Undertake administrative tasks and projects as directed to ensure the smooth running of the company's support services.
