Project Change Manager Ftse 100 (Distribution Systems)

Our client is Global FTSE 100 organisation that currently are seeking to appoint a Business Change Project Manager with experience of systems improvement and implementation.

This role has been newly created due to a high number of change projects the transformation team are currently supporting the business with. The Business Change Manager will support the leadership in fully embedding the change cross functionally across the organisation.

As the Business Change Manager, you should be comfortable in applying change management frameworks to initiatives ensuring projects are implemented, fully adopted by the business and the business & people objectives are met. In addition, you will also support senior stakeholders in continuous improvement, landing the business change vital to the strategic direction of the organisation.

About You

Experienced in business change and project management, you will be a proven Project manager able to demonstrate leadership, drive change and ensure the smooth running of distribution systems.

You should have a strong operational systems background with extensive knowledge of their use across distribution. You should have experience in continuous improvement where you will be instrumental in evolving system solutions across the business to deliver optimisation, both in terms of localised change as well as business transformation programmes.

You will be an ambassador for continuous improvement and lead the way in ensuring operational continuity. Working closely with the operations teams to ensure business as usual is maintained as well as providing ad-hoc project management, this role is responsible for the monitoring and measurement of systems performance, ensuring both service levels and Key Performance Indicators of your team are achieved. In addition, you will be a champion of change and be able to identify and deliver improvements across internal systems.

To be successful in the role you will have the following experience:
  • Previous experience on large scale transformation from a business change perspective
  • Practical experience with implementing Business Change
  • Experience supporting change through training, communications and change assessments.
  • Proven Project management, continuous improvement, systems implementation experience
  • Warehouse/distribution systems experience, Ideally SAP.
  • Excellent stakeholder/ communication skills
