A Luxury Hair Extensions Company, looking for an Office and Stockroom Assistant to join their active team and assist in the day to day sales fulfilment and customer service to their clients, primarily Salon owners and Hair Extension stylists.

They are seeking a candidate with excellent customer service attitude, patience, a good eye for detail and an individual who enjoys a different challenge from day to day.

Duties will include:

- Meeting and greeting visitors at their showroom
- Picking Hair Extensions stocks
- Answering and directing incoming calls
- Preparation of Invoices
- Keeping stock room tidy
- Liaising with clients and dealing with queries
- Tracking deliveries for their clients
- Data entry and filing of client contacts
- Speaking with existing clientele
- Opportunities to present at regular Trade shows

The ideal candidate should possess the following skills: Ability to work individually and within a team, use of own initiative, computer literate, excellent time management, attention to detail, organised, professional telephone manner, enthusiastic and confident as you will liaise with customers regularly.

The ideal candidate should possess the following personal qualities: Trustworthy, Honest, Reliable, Friendly, Confident, Positive and Hard Working.

Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm with a starting annual salary of £16,000 - £18,000

The office is in Harold Hill, on a main bus route, only minutes from Romford Train Station. Staff parking available.
