We are currently recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Assistant to be based within our Ipswich Branch on a 3 Month Fixed-Term Contract.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Processing of claim invoices onto the finance system
  • Chasing of claim invoices
  • Taking incoming finance phone calls
  • General ad-hoc duties
  • Working towards agreed targets
  • Finance admin

Additional Considerations:

Required:
  • Competent IT skills including good workingknowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • 5 GCSEs (grade a - c) including English and Maths
  • Able to plan ahead and be aware of changing and conflicting priorities
  • Displays enthusiasm and commitment
  • Good team player with the willingness to help support other team members
  • Excellent numeracy skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Ability to work independently
