A Top 20 Chartered Accountancy firm in Liverpool City Centre is looking for a Finance Analyst to join their rapidly expanding team. The role will work within a busy Analytics team and be responsible for in-depth financial analysis and reporting.

This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the most reputable Chartered Accountancy practices in the North West. This role is ideal for a bright Finance/Accountancy or Maths Graduate or someone currently workign wihtin an Accountancy Practice looking to further their Finance career.

The Finance Analyst will be responsible for:
  • Working with large financial data sets
  • Analysing clients transactions to spot anomalies
  • Working closely with audit teams to assess findings
  • Provide information to audit teams in regards to anomalies or discrepancies in transactions and financial data

Essential Requirements are:
  • Finance/Accountancy/Maths degree or currently working within Finance
  • Strong IT Skills (advanced knowledge of Excel)
  • Experience within Audit or a Practice environment (desirable)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good time management
  • Willingness to learn
